Fancy Beer Hole: Schell’s Stout

Straight out of New Ulm, Minnesota (don’t cha know), Schell’s Stout is one heck of a full-bodied syrupy glass of goodness.  If it’s quantity you’re after, don’t bother.  This is a solid beer that will fill your stomach one pint at a time.  Hints of cocoa and coffee will warm you up on a cold winter night.

Schell's Stout
  • How many can I drink in one sitting: 1 and done.
  • Pinky Elevation: Heck no; none.  Grab the pint glass with both hands if you need to.
  • Fanciful Scale (0-10): 4 Fancies.  Schell’s has a way about making some really good beers without a snooty attitude.  Small-town Minnesota brewery at its finest.
